We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead our brand team and deliver remarkable brand experiences. You’ll think holistically about our brand strategy and develop the creative system and work to bring it to life. You will lead and grow a talented team of creatives including designers, illustrators, copywriters, motion graphics, and producers. As a storyteller you’ll bring our brand narrative to life through visuals, tone, voice, and copy. You’ll oversee all aspects of our creative execution including brand campaigns, website, product launches, ads, lead generation campaigns, events, presentations, collateral, and more. You’ll oversee creative work that inspires and performs.

What you’ll be doing:
-Provide inspirational creative leadership for all marketing and brand executions including campaigns, web, ads, events, communications, film, and office design. -Lead, coach, and grow a team of designers, copywriters, and producers. -Develop creative systems, style guides, and processes necessary to execute our brand strategy and deliver consistent brand experiences. -Refresh our brand system with the help of an agency, and our creative team -Work with marketing leads to achieve business and brand goals. -Protect the integrity of the brand, while encouraging creative exploration and risk-taking. -Collaborate with product design to create a unified end-to-end customer experience.
What skills you’ll need:
-12+ years of experience with at least 3 years experience leading creative teams -Proven leadership skills with strong management and coaching abilities and ability to attract world-class creative talent. -B2B software experience and a demonstrated ability to develop inspiring creative that exceeds performance targets. -Strong consumer brand sensibilities. A student of the world’s best brands. -Inspiring storyteller. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment -Experience developing and evolving brand systems -Experience building and leading an in-house creative team
